When a specific state in any country reaches 10 registered members (regardless of membership type), that state becomes eligible to form a local chapter. This chapter may then begin monthly physical or hybrid meetings, based on the collective preference of members in that state.

The Privileged Membership is reserved for Certified Entrepreneurs (CEs) who have been active members for 15 or more years but must relinquish their active status due to illness, infirmity, advanced age, or other personal circumstances. This membership ensures that long-standing members remain honored and connected to GASDI despite their inability to participate actively.
